Veena Manja

Dr. Veena Manja is a postdoctoral fellow in the Health Services Research and Development program. Her research interests include costs, quality and value of health care. Dr. Manja wishes to study methods to promote high value care, (implement evidence-based therapies, de-implement unnecessary therapies including deprescribing). Another area of interest is how cost of care (especially patient’s out of pocket costs) are incorporated into clinical decisions/care including cost related medication underuse. Within these topics, Dr. Manja would also like to study racial and gender differences.
