Marika Blair Humber

Blair Humber was a health services research fellow in the Elizabeth Dole Center of Excellence for Veteran and Caregiver Research. Her clinical and research interests are in geropsychology and supporting family caregivers. She graduated from Palo Alto University with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and completed a health service psychology internship at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System – Biloxi. Her dissertation evaluated attrition rates in a psychoeducational web intervention for Latino family caregivers. She previously worked as a community outreach and education coordinator at the Stanford Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Blair is from Honolulu, HI and misses the delicious foods and natural beauty of the islands.
