Nainwant Singh, MD, recently published "Considerations for Fostering Palliative Care Awareness in Developing Contexts: Strategies from Locally Initiated Projects in India" in the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management.
Nytasia Hicks, PhD, is a Fellow at the Elizabeth Dole Center of Excellence for Veterans and Caregiver Research and will be graduating in September of 2022. She will be starting a new position as a Qualitative User Experience Researcher at Microsoft.
Victoria Ngo, PhD, and Nytasia Hicks, MD, will present at the University of Pittsburgh's 2nd Conference on Caregiving Research: Building Bridges: Advancing Family Caregiving Research Across the Lifespan from September 30th to October 1st of 2022.
Dr. Alfaro, Psy.D, is graduating from the 2-year Advanced Fellowship in Geriatrics at VA Palo Alto Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center as well as the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford School of Medicine.
Dr. Veena Manja has received the VISN21 Early Career Award Program award for her project titled, "Methamphetamine Associated Heart Failure (MethHF) among Veterans".

Dr. Ashley Griffin, PhD, was recently awarded a Locally Initiated Pilot titled, "Use of Structured and Unstructured Data to Assess Veteran Engagement in Non-Pharmacological Pain Treatments".
Dr. Naina Singh, MD, was recently awarded a Locally Initiated Pilot titled, "understanding the Palliative Care Needs of Veterans of Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage".
Dr. Ramzi Dudum, MD, is the new Stanford/Intermountain fellow in Population Health, Delivery Science, and Primary Care.
